What we do
The Volunteer Lawyer Network serves clients in the counties of St. Joseph, Elkhart, LaPorte, Starke, Marshall, and Kosciusko by placing cases with volunteer attorneys. Additionally, we offer free legal advice through clinics located throughout our service area.
We cannot place any legal matters with an attorney that cannot wait at least thirty days. If you have a more immediate legal need, please contact another legal resource or attend one of our clinics.

We cannot accept cases with hearings within 30 days, cases with emergency needs, or cases in the following legal areas:

Medical Malpractice

Employment
Change of Venue
CHINS Cases
Juvenile Delinquency
Paternity
Cases against the judicial system, criminal justice system, or any government entity
